Our Auction Process

We handle everything from start to finish. Items are sorted to sell, donate, or keep for family, then carefully photographed, described, and organized into auction lots.
The online auction is marketed to active buyers and launched on bid.genkc.com with a fair, soft close. After the auction, we manage pickup, shipping, and clean-up—leaving the home broom clean.
You’ll receive a clear settlement report and proceeds check, keeping the entire process simple and stress-free.
